Wells Vietnam applies 2 payment methods for customers to choose from:

1. PAYMENT IN CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

– You are responsible for paying the entire order value to our delivery staff or sales and customer care staff immediately upon completing the goods inspection and receiving the payment invoice. Please pay the correct amount on the invoice. If you have any questions, please call us back for more specific information.

2. ONLINE PAYMENT THROUGH BANK

– If you order, you can pay online or via POS machine, pay in 0% installments, or transfer.

We will not be responsible for errors in the transfer process or incorrect transfer information. You must work with the bank to have it processed properly, only when the money is transferred to our account. We will confirm with you. In some situations, you can ask the bank where you made the transaction or our bank to use it to check the necessary controls.
